If you want to know your current level of health and fitness why not book in for our MOT check. Esther will look at vital signs like blood pressure and BMI, as well as checks on strength, stamina and flexibility, giving you a starting point for our exercise programme. You only need to attend this once. If you would like, you can be reviewed after several weeks to see your progress and decide the next steps for your wellbeing. We have 3 spaces per week for the MOT so let us know which Tuesday you would like to attend.
