Dance Yoga (Monday)

FreeDance Yoga
This practice is based on my experiments in finding a danceable feminine style of yoga. Attentive to the movement of the body that responds to the rhythm of the music. If you love to dance, this practice will suit you best and give you real pleasure. You must be prepared for physical exertion, which will necessarily be combined with a moment of relaxation. It is desirable to be in good physical shape.
Notice: Please bring your own exercise mat to these classes.
When it’s Running
Starting on Monday the 12th of September from 5.15pm – 6.15pm OR Wednesday the 14th September from 9.30am – 10.30am.

Valentyna Chychkun – Tutor Biography
Valentyna Chychkun is a yoga instructor (22 years of practice, 20 years of teaching), traveller, artist and expert in Buddhist meditation. She studied at the Karma Lekshey Ling Institute (Nepal),
She is the author of the TV program “Family from A to Z” and the eponymous family club in Kharkiv (Ukraine). She has also written and coached numerous programs including, ‘Preparing for Natural Childbirth’ and ‘Fundamentals of Parenting skills’. She has spent the last 4 years studying various dance practices focussing on her individual path.
