Gentle Dance Class

FreeThis is a lightweight form of fitness based on a variety of modern dance styles, and is suitable for people of all ages, in any physical condition.
The class is structured with warm-up exercises in the beginning, a moving part in the middle, gentle stretching at the end of the class and a relaxing finish. This class will help you discover your personality and move easily to any music.
Dance classes promote physical and emotional health, and give you energy and optimism. You will have fun moving in different styles and rhythms to the appropriate music of modern and folk tunes of the world.
Instructor: Valentina Chychkun – Is a yoga instructor (22 years of practice, 20 years of teaching), traveller, artist and expert in Buddhist meditation. She studied at the Karma Lekshey Ling Institute (Nepal),
She is the author of the TV program “Family from A to Z” and the eponymous family club in Kharkiv (Ukraine). She has also written and coached numerous programs including, ‘Preparing for Natural Childbirth’ and ‘Fundamentals of Parenting skills’. She has spent the last 4 years studying various dance practices focussing on her individual path.
