    Event Series Event Series: Slow Yoga

    Slow Yoga (Monday)

    Slow Yoga. Yoga circles.
    This practice is suitable for people of any experience and level of training. We will very carefully and gently work through all areas of mobility of your joints. A light load is combined with relaxation and gentle stretching.  This practice is like a barometer to set you up for wellness and excellent well-being, helping to relieve any form of stress.

    Notice: Please bring your own exercise mat to these classes.


    When it’s Running

    Starting on Monday the 12th of September from 4pm – 5pm OR  Wednesday the 14th September from 10.45am – 11.45am. These classes will run for 6 weeks.

    Block 1: Monday the 12th of September 2022 (4pm – 5pm)

    • Monday 12th September 4pm – 5pm.
    • Monday 19th September 4pm – 5pm.
    • Monday 26th September 4pm – 5pm.
    • Monday 3rd October 4pm – 5pm.
    • Monday 10th October 4pm – 5pm.
    • Monday 17th October 4pm – 5pm.

    Block 2: Wednesday the 14th September 2022 (10.45am – 11.45am)

    A second block will be starting from Monday 14th & Wednesday 16th of November and will also run for 6 weeks.

    Valentyna Chychkun – Tutor Biography
    Valentyna Chychkun is a yoga instructor (22 years of practice, 20 years of teaching), traveller, artist and expert in Buddhist meditation. She studied at the Karma Lekshey Ling Institute (Nepal), 

    She is the author of the TV program “Family from A to Z”  and the eponymous family club in Kharkiv (Ukraine). She has also written and coached numerous programs including, ‘Preparing for Natural Childbirth’ and ‘Fundamentals of Parenting skills’. She has spent the last 4 years studying various dance practices focussing on her individual path.
