Slow Yoga
This practice is suitable for people of any experience and level of training. We will very carefully and gently work through all areas of mobility of your joints. A light load is combined with relaxation and gentle stretching. This practice is like a barometer to set you up for wellness and excellent well-being, helping to relieve any form of stress.
Instructor: Valentyna Chychkun – is a yoga instructor (22 years of practice, 20 years of teaching), traveller, artist and expert in Buddhist meditation. She studied at the Karma Lekshey Ling Institute (Nepal),
She is the author of the TV program “Family from A to Z” and the eponymous family club in Kharkiv (Ukraine). She has also written and coached numerous programs including, ‘Preparing for Natural Childbirth’ and ‘Fundamentals of Parenting skills’. She has spent the last 4 years studying various dance practices focussing on her individual path.
