    Using Mobile Devices for Filming and Editing

    Basic Filmmaking
    How do films (videos) tell stories? What is the language of film? How do we understand the language of film? How can we tell stories using our phones? – These are the questions that we will address on this course.

    Starting on Monday 19th September from 6pm till 8pm.  This class will be running for 5 weeks.

    Notice
    An Apple Ipad will be provided to you to use during the activity but you are welcome to bring your own Ipad / Iphone.

     

    Tim Flood – Tutor Biography
    Tim Flood trained at the BBC as a broadcast engineer. He holds a BA in Film, Video and Photographic Arts from The University of Westminster. He is a qualified teacher with experience in England and Scotland in both the Primary and Secondary sectors. For the past 20 years he has been the Director of FloodFilm, a company delivering community video projects, education, training and consultancy in digital media. He has broad  experience of tutoring digital media across all age ranges.
