I’m Natalie and I’m a Laughter Yoga professional based in Inverness. I’ve been delivering Laughter Yoga in the Highlands and more recently Moray, for over 7 years. I’m also a former social worker, with a career in health and social care spanning more than 25 years. Dedicated to promoting health and happiness, I find immense joy in sharing the therapeutic benefits of laughter with those around me.
