Notes for Hirers
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required for all events.
- A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is payable on booking a Coffee Morning in 2024/25.
- Full Day Charges are for a minimum of 8 hours, Half Day Charges are for 4-6 hours, this does not include the Reading Room.
- The Normal Letting Times are 9:00am to Midnight – Monday to Sunday.
- Charges include heating, ordinary lights, & toilet accommodation at the commencement & end of each let.
- Extended Cleaning Services are available upon request and will be charged at £25.00 per hour.
- A £75.00 advanced fee may be charged to cover housekeeping. This will be refunded subject to the areas used being left in a satisfactory condition after the let.
- Charges do not include Royalties to the Performing Right Society.
- Hire of the FACT Bar is £75.00. Hirer to supply all stock and relevant licences and permissions. Alternatively arrangements can be made for FACT to run the bar on the Hirer’s behalf.
- Technical & Film Forres Equipment including the red chairs are ONLY available by prior arrangement – please phone the FACT Office to arrange.

Main Hall
The Main Hall is a large space that works well for a wide variety of events & activities.
Lesser Hall
The Lesser Hall has a beautiful round ‘skylight’ giving plenty of natural light.
North Room
The North Room is a self-contained room ideal for training events & has a hearing loop.
