1. Our normal letting times are 9am to Midnight – Monday to Sunday, other times may be available on request.
2. Charges include heating, ordinary lights, & toilet accommodation.
3. All bookings include a free-of-charge 15-minute buffer at the commencement & end of each let.
4. An Extended Cleaning Service is available upon request and is charged at £50. 
5. A Rubbish Uplift service can be requested in advance, and is charged at £30 for a private event, and £75 for commercial events.
6. You will be charged the extended cleaning service fee and/or rubbish uplift fee if the area’s used are not left in a satisfactory condition on your departure. All hirers are responsible for cleaning up all areas used, including toilets, and the removal of any rubbish after their event, unless any of the above services have been pre-booked.
7. Charges do not include Royalties to the Performing Right Society.
