Qigong
Qigong (sometimes spelled ‘Chi Kung’) literally means ‘energy work’ and is an ancient Chinese practice similar to Tai Chi, which enables one to reconnect with our natural vitality.
It is a simple and easy way to feel more relaxed, alive and healthy. Regular practice can support physical healing as well as mental and emotional wellbeing.
Instructor: Rupert Lander
An acupuncturist and Qigong teacher based in Moray, Rupert Lander has been practicing Qigong for 30 years and has trained with a number of well known teachers. This simple and profound movement art has brought immense benefit to his life and it brings him a lot of joy to be able to share it with others.
