Yoga for Healthy Joints
Yoga complex based on the practice of Sukshma Vyayama. These are simple exercises that gently engage the whole body. This complex has an effect not only on the physical body, but also influences more subtle processes occurring with a person: psycho-emotional state and systems. Allows to remove muscle and energy blocks and clamps from the body. The great advantage of these exercises is that they are accessible to almost all categories of people – from the very young to the elderly.
Instructor: Valentyna Chychkun
A yoga instructor (22 years of practice, 20 years of teaching), traveller, artist and expert in Buddhist meditation. She studied at the Karma Lekshey Ling Institute (Nepal),
She is the author of the TV program “Family from A to Z” and the eponymous family club in Kharkiv (Ukraine). She has also written and coached numerous programs including, ‘Preparing for Natural Childbirth’ and ‘Fundamentals of Parenting skills’. She has spent the last 4 years studying various dance practices focussing on her individual path.
