Notes for Hirers

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required for all events.
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is payable on booking a Coffee Morning in 2024/25.
Full Day Charges are for a minimum of 8 hours, Half Day Charges are for 4-6 hours, this does not include the Reading Room.
The Normal Letting Times are 9:00am to Midnight – Monday to Sunday.
Charges include heating, ordinary lights, & toilet accommodation at the commencement & end of each let.
Extended Cleaning Services are available upon request and will be charged at £25.00 per hour.
A £75.00 advanced fee may be charged to cover housekeeping. This will be refunded subject to the areas used being left in a satisfactory condition after the let.
Charges do not include Royalties to the Performing Right Society.
Hire of the FACT Bar is £75.00. Hirer to supply all stock and relevant licences and permissions. Alternatively arrangements can be made for FACT to run the bar on the Hirer’s behalf.
Technical & Film Forres Equipment including the red chairs are ONLY available by prior arrangement – please phone the FACT Office to arrange.
