We are currently looking for Receptionists who can be welcome hosts to visitors to the Town Hall. This position plays a vital role in the customer service of our team, and in providing as much access as possible to the Town Hall across the week. The receptionists will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls. You will need to have good verbal communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a very friendly and welcoming demeanour. The role is based in Forres Town Hall. The role can be morning, afternoons or evenings for as little as a few hours a week.
