Michelle Gillibrand
Development Manager

Michelle brings a wealth of experience in community and leisure development and managing European Funded Projects. She strongly believes in an holistic approach when it comes to supporting others and employs this ethos when helping clients to develop their job seeking, interview and digital skills.
Nick Clark
Operations Manager
Nick has lived in the Forres Area for over 30 years and has worked both for the RAF, Grampian Police and Border Force. His calm, can-do attitude is a huge benefit for the role as Operations Manager and managing the Bookings for Forres Town Hall as well as liaising with the Town Hall User Groups.
Audrey Boyd
Finance Manager
Audrey is an experienced Finance Manager who has worked in the sector for over 30 years including as a Finance & HR Director. She brings a wealth of skills and keen eye for detail to the role and works closely with our FACT Treasurer and Finance Officer to manage the complex multiple finance streams and payroll.
Lorna Creswell

Lorna has been living in Forres since 1980 and is passionate about the area and its people. Until May 2002 Lorna was an Independent Councillor for Forres Ward 8 which FACT covers. Lorna sees so much potential in individuals and groups working together and commits to the ‘Spirit of Community’ and Forres & area being the Centre of the Universe!
Lindsey Standring
Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator
Lindsey has worked as a Primary School Teacher which has given her a multitude of skills. Her Voluntary roles within the Covid Pandemic Support Group and her local Community Council have given her an insight into the importance of FACT and its place within the Community.
She enjoys supporting Volunteers as she has volunteered for many groups for over 30 years.
Janice Cooper
Forres Online Coordinator & Tutor
Janice is our Forres Online Coordinator and Tutor, who joined us in 2018 and since then has managed the Digital Project. Together the Forres Online Team have supported many people with their devices, getting online, and improving their digital skills for everyday tasks. She also offers basic digital sessions for the long term unemployed to improve their employability and help with isolation and loneliness.
Ilona Wood
Project Development Coordinator
Originally from Poland, Ilona has lived in Forres for the past 13 years.
She is passionate about development of local community by improving social lives of our residents, tackling issues like isolation and poverty. Ilona will liaise directly with participants and the Activity Leaders making sure that everything is well organised and the events and activities are having a positive impact.
Euan Kershaw
Forres Online Support Assistant
Euan Kershaw is passionate about all things digital. Along with being a tutor on our Forres Online project, delivering sessions in basic digital skills, he’s also a self confessed techie that provides support for more complex computing issues. Alongside this, he’s a great help in keeping our website up to date.
Ruth Jeffries
Befriending Coordinator
Ruth comes from South Wales, and has lived in Moray for almost 25 years. During that time, she has been a social worker and a volunteer with a range of local groups. She has experience of training and supporting volunteers and is enthusiastic about communities supporting each other, sharing interests and memories.
Graham Watson
Town Hall Cleaner
Graham has been a FACT Volunteer for over 3 years and is an amazing supporter of the Forres Community through a variety of Projects. He was the FACT Cleaner for 8 months and has now achieved promotion to the post of the General Assistant. He will be leading the Cleaning Team as well supporting the Pantry as the Assistant.
