The Trust has achieved so much since its formation in 2011 and we look forward to the challenging but exciting times ahead. We’re always on the lookout for talented staff who can help us meet these challenges and bring talent, innovation and excitement to our team. 

Whilst the team are peripatetic across the area and are enabled to work remotely as needed, our team mainly work out of the offices situated at Forres Town Hall. Our office is a busy and friendly working environment with an open door for volunteers and casual staff to come and go throughout the day and evening as they support our delivery of our activities.

We are currently seeking a part time Finance Manager and an Operations Manager

FACT is open to applications for both posts from the same applicant.

Finance Manager

Pay Scale: £20 per hour, equating to £6,240 per annum
Hours of Work: 6 hour working week, to be worked flexibly
Responsible to: Development Manager
Contract Length: 12 months, with extension subject to funding
Pension: Statutory workplace pension scheme
Holidays: 34 hours per year (including public holidays)

Operations Manager.

Pay Scale: £23,595 per annum, based on £16.50/hour
Hours of Work: 27.5 hour working week, to be worked flexibly
Responsible to: Development Manager
Contract Length: 12 months, with extension subject to funding
Pension: Statutory workplace pension scheme
Holidays: 154 hours per year (including public holidays)
